NVQ Level 3 Customer Service

Course Outline
This qualification is designed for those who want to offer improved levels of service to their customers. The programme specifically looks at developing positive working relationships with customers.

Course Content
The course contains five units, four mandatory and one optional:

Mandatory

  • Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Deliver reliable customer service
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Resolve customer service problems

Optional
Select one:

  • Support customer service improvements
  • Develop personal performance through delivering customer service
  • Promote additional products or services to customers
  • Process customer service information

Progression Opportunities
On completion of this programme learners can progress on to further education including degree level.

Duration
The course is structured over  15 week programme that is delivered by a qualified facilitator in the workplace. Where appropriate it can be completed in a much shorter period.

Costs & Payment 


As an approved training provider we are able to offer many clients access to national fundiing streams to assist with or even fully meet any fees due. Funding streams are normally time limited and can be dependent on location.
